Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, at Dolce Vita Baskets we strive to deliver quality products in good condition to everyone, regardless of their address. However, shipments to APO, FPO, and PO addresses take an additional one or two days and carry no loss claims or damage claims under this circumstance. All shipments to such addresses are at your own risk.
What states do you deliver to?
We deliver to all 50 states. There is an additional $20.00 charge for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping method is UPS Ground within the contiguous United States. Next day air shipments, 2 day, and 3 day delivery will incur additional charges as well.
How soon will my order ship?
Your order will ship almost immediately! If we are out of stock of an item in the content listings for your basket, we reserve the right for comparable substitutions to ensure the prompt delivery of your gift basket. No refunds will be offered for these substitutions.
What if I want to return an item?
We will accept a return item within 7 business days and gladly offer a refund excluding shipping charges. However, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Do you have a printed catalog for distribution?
No, at this time we do not offer a catalog for our customers. You may order online 24/7 with safe and secure shopping.
